Over the years I've tried every insole I've ever come across, both cheap and expensive. My podiatrist recommends these, and I use them in all my work boots. The only insole that gives me just the right amount of arch support, and you can easily adjust that amount also. They don't raise your heel way up like so many insoles with arch support, so your shoes/boots still fit right.

I have used the Spenco slip-in insoles in the past and really like the cushioning they provide.They are extremely long-lasting and allow me to use my hard orthotics with them. They fit well and are priced very reasonably.

I bought them because they helped cushion a calous problem which I have. A bone has fall down constantly creating a painful calous. I have been very satisfied with these insoles over a long period of time. The price was the best and this campany had a satisfactory rating with the better business bureau. Delivery was prompt.
