Fabulous Shoe Inserts

I own a lot of Merrell shoes and the shoes last FOREVER, however, the shoe inserts give out pretty quickly. Have tried many shoe inserts (all those green Spenco ones) but these are the very best and mimic pretty closely the inserts that came with my Merrell shoes. Haven't regretted the purchase at all. They give good arch support that I need and great full foot cushioning that is nothing short of miraculous. Nothing I own beats these shoe inserts (and I have boxes of shoe inserts that are useless....guess I can throw those away now).

I very much enjoy the Q-Factor insoles. My feet don't hurt anymore. I would highly suggest anyone with heel spurs or problem feet to buy these insoles for your shoes.

I really like these insoles. I use them in my soccer turf cleats and they offer great cushioning and support. I like them much better that the q-factor total insoles which I bought for my running shoes and are more expensive. I think these are the best option for the price range and highly recommend them.

If you want a smaller, thinner product you'll like this one. It has less cushioning and arch support than other Spenco inserts I've used in the past. I got them to go in the shoes I work in (I'm a nurse on my feet 10-14 hours a day) and ended up buying addition thin insert with gel to increase the cushioning and arch support.
