Exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact to provide maximum comfort. The gel heel strike cushion absorbs shock and returns energy in the key strike area. Fit: Insoles run large, however you can trim at the toe for a customized fit. Use your insole you remove from your shoe as a guide to trim at the toe.

I am so disappointed; I read the reviews and I have no idea what they're talking about! These are totally flat and thin--very different from my pink Spenco insoles that do have arch support. If you are happy with these, then you would be just as happy with a really cheap pair from the dollar store; these offer absolutely no cushioning or support at all!

Very comfortable. I took someone else's advise and bought them one size smaller. She was right they do run a bit large so I was glad I ordered smaller. Excellent product. I would buy again.

I love the Woman's Spenco Q Factor insoles, they have truly been a great addition to helping me conquer new running distances...feel like I am running on clouds instead of concrete!

These things are quite comfy, but please note that I've only used them in sneakers. order a size down. I've had to do that with other spenco insoles as well (ex: size 7 shoe, order as if for a 6 shoe) My experience is a bit limited, but I would recommend them.
