Specifically designed to help control the position of the feet. They are shaped to help stabilize and balance the foot and to provide the extra comfort and support needed for optimum performance. This unique cushioning system helps absorb shock, reduce friction and improve overall foot comfort. Features 4-way stretch fabric to help reducer friction and heat build-up that causes blisters and calluses. The closed-cell nitrogen-injected Spenco® material that absorbs shock and impact to provide maximum comfort. Also features a moldable arch insert to help support and control the foot.

Fit: Insoles run large, however you can trim at the toe for a customized fit. Use your insole you remove from your shoe as a guide to trim at the toe.

Have had these in my shoes for the past 5yrs to help with foot pain on my feet all the time.I have tried expensive and to find out these mid-priced work just as good as the $300 ones.I think you will enjoy and I know your feet will thank you.

GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE COST - GOOD SUPPORT October 22, 2011

Have purchased these in the past and offer good support, they are durable, and overall they provide better support in the arch for my Flat Feet. Usually pull the inserts out of Acis shoes or shoes I wear to work and place these in their place. Last a long time and good value for price paid.

My sister recommended these arch supports and even though I thought they were expensive (half the cost of my walking shoes) they have provided a great deal more support than the inserts that came with the shoes. I can really feel the difference while using the Spenco Arch Supports.

Good for support but squeaky December 07, 2010

The inserts are sturdy for arch support but they are squeaky. I've used New Balance inserts before and they didn't squeak like these do.
