Was as advertised, but provided very limited orthotic support. I bought it hoping the low price would give me something similar to the high price orthotics that I use, but not the case.

I have problems with sore feet, knees and back pain when I have been on my feet at work for long hours. I have tried everything "over the counter", various store brands, etc. Nothing gave me relief like the Spenco Arch Supports. I find I have more energy, and no aches and pains at the end of my day. Excellent product!

I'm a frequent hiker, backpacker, and climber. A few years ago, on longer distance hikes, I began suffering from intense (left) heel pain. After several weeks of using this product while outdoor recreating and with my day-to-day footwear, my heel pain completely ceased. In addition to the cushioning effect, these things truly help stabilize the foot inside my hiking/backpacking/mountaineering boots, a big plus during long and hard descents on difficult (rocky) terrain.
