Specifically designed to help control the position of the feet. They are shaped to help stabilize and balance the foot and to provide the extra comfort and support needed for optimum performance. This unique cushioning system helps absorb shock, reduce friction and improve overall foot comfort. Features 4-way stretch fabric to help reducer friction and heat build-up that causes blisters and calluses. The closed-cell nitrogen-injected Spenco® material that absorbs shock and impact to provide maximum comfort. Also features a moldable arch insert to help support and control the foot.

I ordered a pair of these Spenco orthotic arch supports after reading all the great reviews. What a disappointment! I don't know if they've changed the design recently, but the plastic arch support is so soft and flexible you can squash it flat with your hands. It goes without saying then, that when you put your full body weight on it, it flattens out completely, meaning there's virtually no arch support at all. If you have low arches or flat feet, my advice is to look elsewhere for an orthotic with more rigid arch support.

The first time I put them on I could feel the difference. My back doesn't bother me anymore and my feet don't hurt so bad. Definitly worth the money. My podiatrist gave me some hard plastic inserts that really hurt when I wore them. These are sooooo much more comfortable.

like: the sturdiness around the arch for flat feet and plantar faciitis.dislike: the front end of each arch folds over too easily when putting in a shoe, because it is not covered with heavy fabric.Why bought: recommended by podiatrist.

I have severe plantars faciitis, with bone spur in right heel..I am a nurse and im on my feet a lot.the night I put these 3/4 length arch supports in my shoes...I felt 90% better!! I am going to order a couple more so I can put them in all my shoes...Don't waist your money$$$$$$$ on custom orthotics..these are a miracle to my feet...thank you

For a long time I had experienced foot pain. I had seen a podiatrist and orthopedic specialist at least once. I have some pronation and somewhat flat arches. I was always told that corrective appliances were available but would run hundreds of dollars.About two years ago I happened into a small locally owned shoe store and an older gentleman working there recommended I try a set of these arch supports after I had described my situation.They really made a dramatic difference in comfort. My feet were no longer feeling as tired and hurting at the end of the day. The cost was very reasonable and I now wear them in all my active pairs of shoes both dress and sneakers. I very highly recommend!
