Good arch support even for my very flat feet. I suffer from ball of the foot pain but the gel and the metatarsal support takes care of that problem. The thing I don't like is that they don't come in women's sizes, only uni-sex. My feet are very narrow and I had to trim the sides as well as the length. That's minor though for the relief I get from wearing them.

I love these things. Although they say they are up to size 15, they fit in my size 16 shoes.
