Q-factor technology is specifically designed for women to control the Q-angle providing proper support and alignment. The cuboid lock works in correlation with the Q-factor technology to support the 5th metatarsal while stabilizing the foot through midstance transition and supination.
Gel heel strike cushion absorbs shock and returns energy in key impact zone. Metatarsal pack helps relieve pain and offload pressure on the metatarsal heads.
The lightweight, dual-density EVA is designed to help cradle the heel and support the arch to create the Q-factor technology. The low friction top cloth with ultra-fresh silpure helps prevent blisters while controlling odor.

I've never bought insoles before but these seem just ok and not wonderful. There is a small triangle shaped raised bit right below the ball of my foot that I have no idea what purpose it serves and ranges from being unnoticeable to really annoying depending on the intensity of my run or walk. Otherwise no complaints.

After years of working in restaurants and retail, my feet were giving out on me. I tried the drug store shoe inserts, but they were a joke. I thought about going to a podiatrist and getting custom made orthotics, but I didn't have $300 or $400 to spend. I ordered the Spenco for Her inserts for around thirty dollars. For that price, they are a good deal. They don't have very much padding (hardly any), but the structure is fairly supportive. These are not my favorite inserts, but my favorite inserts also cost more, about $80, and they were custom fit for me at a store. If you want more support than the cheap drugstore shoe inserts offer, but don't want to spend $80 or more, then these are a good option. They do make a difference for those who stand on concrete floors all day. Definitely don't skimp on your feet. Take care of your feet and your feet will take care of you.
