The Spenco arch insoles really help with my overpronation without hurting my arches. They were recommended by a physical therapist years ago, and I am so glad. I like the 3/4 length cause I can transfer them easily from my dress shoes at work to my walking shoes at lunch.

These insoles have saved me from having too painful to walk feet. They are easy to use, and they give good arch support for flat feet. The 3/4 size is especially good for me. Because of hammer toes, I need the extra space they leave in the toe area.

I've been having foot pain for a couple years. The inserts the podiatrist sold me did nothing. The specialty inserts I bought online did nothing. Then I saw an orthopedist who recommended these. They're exactly what I needed. I honestly have no more foot pain. At all. I can't promise they'll solve everyone's foot problems, but they helped me immensely.
