I really like this shoe but am having to return it because it is too wide on my heel and slides up and down when I walk. Other SoftWalk shoes I've worn in this size have worked for me, so I'm disappointed as I can tell this would be a very comfortable shoe otherwise.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size
I returned this shoe because of a defect on the insole. The shoe was a nice looking walking shoe and felt true to size. I didn't exchange because I felt the heel area was a little high and would be uncomfortable. I love Soft Walk shoes so I was disappointed that this one was defective.

The sides come up a little too high on my feet and rub on my ankle bones. I used some heel inserts to solve that problem. Other than that, the shoes are great and they relieved other foot pain that I was having.

Softwalk insoles are WONDERFUL! Extremely comfortable. I have a long, narrow foot and these fit well. However, I am having a problem with the black dye staining socks, stockings at the toe area. Am hoping that this will stop soon whenever the excess color wears off.
Wears this shoe: I wear them for any casual occasion especially when Im walking a lot.

This is a very comfortable shoe, for long days spent standing at work. I first ordered size 7W which is what I usually wear but felt it was a little short, exchanged it for 7.5W and it fits much better.
Wears this shoe: to work about once a week
