This is a darling shoe and looks great on, but I had to return it (augh!) because the strap, even at its loosest hole, was too tight across my feet. I have easy to fit feet and normally have no problem with shoes I order, so was very surprised to find this in a nice brand like SoftWalk. I was disappointed to have to return them!

I love this shoe! It's like walking on a cushion of air. I would order up a 1/2 size if you are between sizes. I wear 8.5 to 9; the 9 fits like a glove. My foot is on the narrow side, but the medium fits my foot well.
Wears this shoe: I work on my feet--can wear this for 8 to 10 hours without problems.

Softwalk San Jose fits most of my needs. It fits better, especially in the heel, than my previous puschase. It is comfortable to wear all day. I sell real estate and need to walk on different levels and terrains. I would like a clone of another shoe like this one with a hard sole to make it look dressier for my after hours needs.
