This casual sneaker features a casual, all-day design that's not athletic. It has a negative heel and toe design for a rocker effect, and light weight materials that won't wear you out while toning your calves and buttock muscles. The dual density light weight polyurethane midsole gives support and security while walking, and the dual layer cellulose/fiber tuck board replaces the need for a steel shank and makes for an airport friendly shoe. Benefits of this shoe include a heel to toe rolling gait with every step that increases muscle activity and flexibility, boosts metabolism resulting in an increase in calorie burning, and aids in support and posture. This shoe relieves pressure on joints and tendons and massages the foot while walking. This shoe is made with eco-friendly components to limit carbon imprint.

The fit was comfortable but after wearing them all day at work my legs were very tired and achy, I suppose because of the rocker bottoms. I tried again on a couple other days with no improvement. Also, be aware if you need to be on a ladder as I do, these are not the shoes for that.

This is a nice shoe. I bought them for work and they feel light as a feather. I bought a 1/2 size larger just in case...but I didn't need to. I think they are true to size. Very comfortable.
