Very comfortable sole. The leather is soft and not real stiff. Quality product. Haven't found a dislike yet. Bought because I liked the style.

The width of the broad-area of this shoe is the same width of Softwalk shoes I bought about 6 years ago which were "M" and this shoe is WW. I cannot wear these shoes because the heel is too wide and I walk out of the shoes. The older shoes' heel areas fit without problem. I am disappointed because I have "foot" problems and love the cushioned/eggcrate insole by Softwalk. But I can no longer find a shoe that fits my foot.

I have narrow feet and these shoes fit very well (in a narrow) except that the heels slip even with heel pads - not a lot, so they're still basically comfortable. They're very cute with pants and skirts, but I almost returned them because of the heel slipping.
