I am a 12 narrow with my heel being ultra narrow and forefoot size B. These sandals fit perfectly for my foot. Very comfortable on the arches for high arches like myself.

This is the most comfortable pair of sandals I have owned in a long long time. They are very stylish but are NOT killing my feet as a result. I feel I could walk all day in these and that's something I NEVER say! The only thing I would caution is the color doesn't not really look like it as pictured. I thought they'd be more whitish than tan but they are almost a pink flesh tone. It's not so bad that I can't wear them with anything I already have in my wardrobe but maybe I should have gotten the black ones. If they weren't so expensive, I'd but the black ones too! Wish there were more colors actually. But these are great! I'm a 9W and these don't pinch at all. My toes have plenty of room so they don't end up stacking on each other. The heel could have been a smidge broader for support since I'm so clutsy but they aren't causing balance problems really. Great shoe, buy it!
