Poor fit, unfomfortable February 05, 2013

Looked cute,described as comfortable. Sent back 6 1/2 W because of 3/4 inch gap at heels. New pair half size smaller, hurts in toebox. Shoe is unyealding/hard. I can't stretch them, so ..going back again. Too bad.Initially, I ordered a pair for my mother in 8 1/2 W. Sent those back also due to poor fit.

Love this shoe! They look great with slacks and jeans. My feet are rather thin, and the shoes were a little deep for me. I added some heel inserts which I stuck near the inside area of the shoe where the ball of the foot is, to help take up space and keep my foot from sliding forward which caused my toes to hit the end of the shoe and the heels to be loose . Now the shoes fit perfectly!
