Though this shoe arrived and looked exactly as I expected, it did fit a bit smaller than all my other 8 1/2 pairs of shoes. I was going to send them back, but my husband suggested keeping them because they would probably stretch out and my feet tend not to swell in the winter. They still need a little more stretching. If I needed another pair, I would definitely order it a 1/2 size larger.

I love this brand shoe and have worn them for years. The Chinese made are wider than the USA made, especially the heel. I have a narrow foot and was able to buy 9N without an innersole or heel guard. These shoes needed both, but I love the feel. It is hard to find shoes to fit my feet.Thank You for carrying this brand. Will order more later.

I like the way this shoe looks on my foot. I felt the width was true to size, but the length seems a bit shorter. I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size longer.
