I received this shoe the other day but did not open the box until today because I knew I would be disappointed in the width as always. I have been having problems with my feet swelling so I have been unable to find a shoe wide enough until I found these in the EW width. As I was preparing to put them on I thought, "Well here goes nothing." But they fit and I am loving them. I will be back for more.

I love Softspot shoes but lately I find the sizing to be off, these shoes are comfortable and stylish but are a little snug, am hoping they will stretch out a little. Do recommend them but a half size larger.

Cute shoe, but not as wide as I would have desired for an extra-wide width. Unfortunately, there is a break-in period. I hope they are more comfortable after they have stretched a bit more for width! At least my wide foot with high instep fit into these shoes, unlike most others I have tried. Nice heel height and comfortable insole.

I really liked the shoe because I had previously purchased the older style "Manhattan" and liked the slighly updated styling of the shoe. I hesitated keeping it at first because the shoe is a little lower on the vamp but not so low like a lot you see out there now. I always buy an 8 1/2 WW in Softspots shoes as they fit perfectly! They are just a tad bit tight where the buckle stap trim goes across by the pinkie toe but not bad & since they're leather, they will stretch a little with a few wearings. The pillow cushioning inside is so comfortable as always, and the heel height is just right - not too low & not too high. I really like the color - I bought the brown, and it's just a nice-looking shoe. Even though some other stores or catalogs sell these, you can't always find them in a WW. Overall a very nice shoe!
