I love these heels. They are comfortable all day. I think the strap is a little funky, but I wear them with pants to cover this up so it does not bother me.

I love the Sofft line - the chic styles. They maintain support for years, look good and are extremely comfortable. I wanted a good black heel that would be appropriate with a variety of outfits. I will wear this particular shoe with black slim cut jeans to skirts with colored tights.
