I am a stalwart fan of the Sofft brand, but this shoe is an expensive disappointment. Too large and just plain uncomfortable. It's too bad, as the shoes are well made and very attractive.

Reviewer: Jen from Denver Sofft makes comfortable shoes. I've have a pair of their black slingbacks for at least 4 years and they're still great. I've already received so many compliments on these cuties. The only thing I'm worried about is how the wool will wear over time. I wanted a pair of brown pumps to match pants and skirts in various shades of brown and these are perfect.

When I bought these shoes, I thought I was receiving a very comfortable pair of shoes due to the name brand. However, my feet were in pain the entire time I was wearing them. The heel is more like 3 3/4 inches high. They are not comfortable at all.
