Dual density heel and arch cradle promotes the natural progression of the foot through the gait cycle. Heel-to-toe tuned IMPULS XP lite foam provides extra performance and shock absorption.
Longitudinal arch cushion supports the Planter Fascia. Hydrologix fabric cover transports moisture away from the foot.
Lightweight stability - average weight is 1.7 oz. Deep heel vcup for greater stability.

I have over 20 types of shoes and some require insoles and others don't. Nonetheless, I always replace the factory installed insoles and replace with purchased ones. The Soft Sole is one of my favorites, but you need to make sure the shoe has enough room/space for this insole and your foot not to be too tight. If there is space, I highly recomend this insole as it is like you have tennis shoes on vs. regular shoes. They last forever, also.

The inserts are soft and comfortable. But if you are looking for something that has a real arch support, this is not the product.

I have had special made orthotics for $200 that can hold a candle to these insoles. My feet have never been better. I have bought four sets of these and will buy more in the future. I love 'em.
