I am somewhat unhappy with my inserts. They do offer good arch support, however they are much too rigid. There is no shock absorption properties to it so it is not as comfortable as I had hoped. I chose to keep them because I got them at a good price and they will suffice for the time being.

I buy these for my son who is flat footed.We have tried several different brands and he likes these the best.He says they are comfortable under the foot and adds some support. He does not complain of his legs aching with this brand.He is a size 5 1/2 boys and I bought a women medium.I just had to cut the top a little to fit in the shoe properly. Very happy with this brand,

I can't remember the exact name of the graphite insert which I wear in my New Balance sneakers, but these inserts are terrific, help me with having a comfortable walk, and contribute to not having cramps in my legs. Actually I've shown them to my foot orthopedist and he gave his OK to these, rather than the orthotic ones designed especially for my foot.
