I bought them originally on a physical therapist's recommendation, and I can no longer find them in stores near me. I've replaced them a couple of times; they last a good part of a year.The only down side is that they wear at the insides of my shoes sometimes, and they squeak in my athletic shoes.

My 12 year old son had pain in his knees when running. I was told it was due to his flat feet. We decided to try the 3/4 insert. It work beautifully with both cleats and sneakers. Other inserts we tried he complained his heel was slipping out of his shoe. He wears them in all his shoes now and doesn't complain anymore.

I jog every other day and approximately 15 years ago, I had a problem with my arches collapsing. I could have gone to the doctor and gotten expensive orthotic supports like my friend, but I decided to try a store brand first. I haven't had a problem with feet every since I started wearing the Sof Sole 3/4 orthotics. I put them in my running shoes and walking shoes.

I bought this sof sole style a few years ago at a shoe store to help me with plantar fascitis, and I strongly believe that using it helped my foot to heal much quicker. My husband recently began suffering with plantar fascitis and I immediately found your website to order him a pair. He is on his feet all day, and the sof soles have helped his foot discomfort tremendously. Great product and confortable to wear!
