I need extreme arch support for my left foot. There is an expensive shoe that takes care of this, however what about my other shoes? That's where this 3/4 orthotic comes in. It fits perfectly in my other shoes and makes them wearable again. I am very happy with this product.

The 3/4 orthoticis hard but it seems to offer some support to my dress boots. It far surpasses the graphite medium for women which "fits" sizes 7-8.5. I wear a 7.5 B and the graphite was both longer and wider than any of my shoes.

These arch supports are great. The only thing I have against them is that they begin to feel a little hard when you wear them all day and are on your feet a lot.But as far as great support - they do offer that. My feet are very flat and these feel so supportive when I put them on.
