Soccer is a competitive sport played between two teams of 11 players who perform on a rectangular grass field. The objective of the game is to drive a ball into the opponent's goal by kicking, heading, or using any part of the body except the arms and hands (except for the goalie who is the only one allowed to use them). Types of gear and apparel necessary to play the sport of soccer include, but are not limited to; soccer cleats for grass surface; soccer shoes for hard indoor surfaces, a soccer ball, highly breathable tops and shorts, etc.
