After looking in a few stores and finding nothing, I chose to shop online for slippers. I needed something comfortable, that could go outside, had support in the sole and was a bit rugged. These slipper fit the bill.I know I'll have them for quite a while and the fit looks as if it will stay put i.e. it won't stretch and feel loose. I'm very satisfied!

I've been searching for a replacement slipper of the ones I've been wearing for years.I wanted an indoor slipper which was pressed wool. These are wonderful and close to perfect. I am an exact size 9 and I had to return the first ones I ordered for the larger size (9.5) and they need some stretching out, but they are comfortable and I'm beginning to love them.
