This product is ingenious and amazing. It totally saved my heel when it got caught in a brick walkway. When I took it off, my heel wasn't damaged at all. If I wasn't wearing the smartheel, my shoe would have been completely ruined and I would have had to throw it away. This is best invention ever!

This product was very disappointing. First, it was very difficult to get on my heel, second, it scuffed the heel material when I placed it on and further damaged it when I tried to take it off. For the brief time it was on the heel I thought it looked terrible!. I don't recommend this product at all.

I just saw that Shoebuy is now selling Smart heels. I have been using some for about six months. Let me tell you they work, and my heels have never looked better. I hate when the heels get torn and scratched up but no more! They were a little tricky at first, but once I figured them out, it was all good. And no one really notices them. Highly recommended~
