Convertible heel strap for easy wearing comfort. Strap swings up and is secured by snap strap. Adjustable heel strap with hook and loop closure for a perfect fit. Lowered back for easy slip on fit. Subtle SKECHERS and Shape-ups logo detail. Fabric shoe lining. Cushioned insole. Firm polyurethane frame supports and stabilizes the foot. Kinetic Wedge super soft foam midsole designed to absorb shock and provide exercising effect. 1 1/4 inch lower profile midsole height at center. OSHA compliant slip resistant rubber outsole. As a nurse, it's important to have comfortable shoes. I have bunions and flat feet which makes shoes even more important. I was able to wear these shoes straight out of the box without breaking them in. I love the ability to make them a little tighter across the top of my foot since they were a little too looses at first. Am recommending them to others already!

I'm an OR nurse and I'm on my feet almost 8 hrs a day. I have a problem choosing the right shoe, because of my neuroma and hammertoes. This shoe is very comfortable, every step seems like I'm walking on a padded floor. I would recommend these shoes if you're want comfort.

I Love my shoes. Some skecher type shoes rock too much, these are perfect....I don't want to take them off, and my legs feel so much better!
