The shoe feels a little big so I put a heel lift in one shoe since I had surgery on my ankle a few months ago and then an extra innersole in the other shoe and that seems to help with the fit. I didn't know they ran big. I needed the slip resistant sole for work (its required)and since I am on my feet for 4 or 5 hrs a day also needed something comfortable with some give. I wish they were a bit smaller but all in all I like them.
Wears this shoe: To work 3 or 4 days a week.
