I bought these shoes twice! I bought them 1st for my 5 year old daughter for her birthday. She loved them, and had no trouble with the heel. Then, my 10 year old liked them so much, she wanted them for her birthday. She loves hers as well. The quality is great, and the brown color matches with everything!

My daughter loves the shoes- and I am pleased as well- the heal is not overly big, the sole is non-slipping, yet she is still "in"- Not a clunky shoe like most on the market for her age and safe as a clog goes becasue they are non slip bottom AND inside.
