I ordered these for my daughter for school. The third time she wore them a rhinestone came off the toe area. i had to send them back for a review to see if they were acceptable for a return. In the meantime, I had to go ahead and order another pair before finding out if my return was approved due to not being able to just exchange. i think customer service said this was due to using paypal as the payment method. i received the new pair before the approval so i just didn't let me daughter wear them until i had received a definite answer. Inoticed the new pair had one rose on the side that was a little longer and the chain was on the wrong way making the rose face inward most of time unless my daughter flipped it over. The second or third time she wore this pair, the rose and part of the chain fell off. i didn't want to mess with the hassel of an approved return and having to order another pair for the third time so i'll just snipped off the roses. It's asham since these are so cute and Skechers. Hopefully, quality will watch closer.

I bought these for my 5 year old daughter for school. I think I love them more than she does! they are very hard to get on. I'm hoping they will stretch as she has only worn them on and off for about 3 days now. They definitely do run one size smaller than a childs regular shoe size. The only other negative is that the little pendant on the side of the sneaker fell off the first time she wore them to school.

My daughter "had" to have these shoes, and I bought them for her birthday. She is 6 and likes that she can get them on and off by herself. They are wearing well so far and we have been pleased with them. She says they are "very fast."
