Work longer hours in comfort and style with the SKETCHERS Work Shape-ups XW Encompass shoe. This work shoe has a slip on design and cool stitching details. This shoe is also comfortable as well as stylish! The dual side elastic panels allow for easy/on off. It has a padded collar and tongue, a soft fabric lining and cushioned insole. The firm polyurethane frame supports and stabilizes the foot. The shock absorbing Kinetic Wedge midsole and stabilized two-part midsole provide superior comfort. It has an OSHA compliant slip resistant rubber outsole for traction. This shoe even has an ASTM Mark II rated electrical hazard safe design!

I bought these for work. I didn't realize that they were nonslip. I can run through the store I work at with wet floors and I won't slip (yes I tried it several times). I buy Shape ups because they are comfortable. I do not feel that I get a workout from them, as I have been wearing Shape ups for the past 5 years, so if they did give me a workout I would have a body like JLo. I always buy my shoes a little big, so my toes can have room to move so I had NO problem getting them on. I wear these shoes to work, to shop, to walk and to demolish my house for remodeling. LOVE THEM!!!

This shoe is great. As comfortable as all Skechers shape-ups, but does not look like a gym shoe. Other than the brand name on the back (on the heel), it looks like a regular shoe, when I don't want to wear a gym-shoe.
Wears this shoe: winter, work, when I want to NOT wear laced up gym shoes.

I am on my feet for seven hours and this shoe keeps my feet comfortable. The added "workout" for my legs and balance is a plus. I will continue to buy shape-ups ... they work for me!

I like the shoes. With all shape-ups you need to be careful how you walk in them, or they will hurt your ankles but theses were very comfortable. I do a lot of walking on my shift and was glad I didn't need to break them in or anything. One thing I did notice was that if you wear thicker socks the top of the shoes presses down onto the top of your foot, enough to feel pinched.
