I bought this item for my husband to wear to work, he needed a nice, polishable shoe but also was looking for something that might help with his lose-weight, work-out fitness (plan). So far he loves the shoes! He says they really do work, feel great, and still look "classy". We are very pleased and would definitely buy these (or something similar) again.

I never took them off starting the 1st day, 12+ hours long. More shoes have a break in period but not these shape ups. Love the cushion step.

I walk several miles per day in my job. I have had the typical casual shape ups and wanted something a little nicer to wear with business casual clothing. This shoe is as comfortable at the basic shape up. Size 13s are difficult to find in local stores so this worked out great to have them delivered. I like the shape ups since they prevent my ankles from swelling up. I can now walk and stand all day.

Shoe felt about a half size larger. Also with orthotics for flat feet, the low cut heel feels especially low cut. The shoes are comfortable and good looking.
