i just love wearing these womens skechers shapeups metabolizers lots of cushion for walking. i had to go with womens shoes now because of my accident i will keep buying these until they discontiue them i walk 3 miles aday i like the big lump under my feet when im walking it sure feels good. thanks shoebuy you rock:)

I discovered these last year and wear them for work. Perfect for being on your feet all the time and a joy to walk in, very springy. Not sure they are shaping me up, but better than the average sneaker for pleasure of wearing. Worth the cost, as they wear much better than the cheaper ones.

These were the 3rd pair I've bought. A year ago I sometimes couldn't walk my knees hurt so much. It took a while to get used to the balance but the pain is much less with them; if I try anouther shoe it comes back. So its not the cure but it makes it better.

The shoes are designed to rock back and forth, with a lump under the instep. Claims that they will cause your walks to become like a gym workout are probably exaggerated, but(being as they only had one pair left, luckily in my size) they were probably a good idea for me.
Wears this shoe: For the occasional walk. Not to the gym; theyre too weird.
