I bought this shoe because I had bought the Skechers Biker Sightsee and really liked them, but wanted something to wear with black socks to work. These had a little heel, so they looked a little dressier. But the fit was not the same. I ordered 1/2 size bigger,(to accommodate the sock) but they are not a 1/2 size bigger. The upper heel doesn't come up on the heel far enough to stay on very well. They show the spaces between the toes if worn without socks, which I don't like the look of. They seem to be comfortable enough to wear all day, but I have one foot 1/2 size smaller than the other and the little foot doesn't want to stay in the shoe and the bigger foot's toe presses on the end of the shoe.

I really liked the shoe but it was sewn strangely on the binding in the back above the heel and it cut into my right foot above the heel so it was extremely uncomfortable. I didn't want to return it, so I was able to resew the back binding by hand and stretch it a little. It was still to tight for me so I gave it to my daughter who wears the same size as I do but her foot is narrower than mine. I really thought it was a nice looking shoe and if I could get it to fit better I would have really liked it.

Purchased for design and comfort. Shoe is quite comfortable, but velcro catches on nylon stockings. Heel could be higher.
