I have worn Sketchers since they first came out in my Nursing days. Retirement did not stop me from wearing them...They are my go to casual shoe. Bright Eyes top my list because they are slip ons. I honestly believe there is not a more comfortable shoe on the market..and I will continue to purchase them..
Wears this shoe: Anywhere that is not a formal occasion.

The Skechers provide great support and I will be using them in my classroom. I was disappointed that the width wasn't enough for extra wide. I am hoping they will stretch out in time :)
Wears this shoe: I am a teacher and they will be used all day in school.

Helped my broken foot to heal better June 05, 2012

I bought these athletic shoes because of their "stiff" upper and nice, thick heel/sole composition (at the advice of the orthopaedic doctor who was attending to my fractured right foot). I've been wearing them for about 2 1/2 weeks now--and really appreciate how they protect and support my feet. They are not flexible--so I have to be more "aware" of where my feet are placed and lift my foot higher because of the thicker heel/sole area. All in all--a win/win for me while recovering from this foot fracture.
