I ordered a pair of Scott sandals for my husband, but it turned out to be the wrong brand. His old, well worn ones were Skechers, so I did a return and new order. It was a very easy process and the second order arrived very quickly which excellent customer service. They are high quality and comfortable according to my husband and are very durable as evidenced by the length of time he has had his first pair.
