The Skechers Meteox Batum: Wear like slippers, protect feet like oxfords. Sporty in a dressy style.
Wears this shoe: Meant for leisure, but find their way to my work often!

Great looking casual shoe for occasions where my boat shoes don't cut it and my dress shoes are overkill. Wear them with jeans and feel comfortable that I'm not looking sloppy. I have a wide foot and they are comfortable, but would have loved them in a wide width. But comfortable none the less.
Wears this shoe: Casual dress up, not my everyday shoe.

Bought it for my son, he loves them. They are very comfortable according to him, very light weight and they look great with jeans.

Mens Skechers Meteox Batum -- great shoe August 09, 2011

I had another older pair of skechers no longer made and really liked them. I found that I need 1/2-1 size larger than I normally wear for skechers, but the fit is good once you find it. These are very comfortable. I wore them right after getting them, to a concert where I stood for 3 hours and it was no problem! Love them! I also have SN61781 (can't find a name on them) with the "relaxed step" insoles. Those were terrible and caused an achy feeling in my calf and so I returned them. The Meteox has a different insole fit and like them much better.
Wears this shoe: Casually, but most of the time when going out ie. shopping, work, etc.
