I chose this shoe because I could see it had a decent sole and that's something that a large and in charge gentleman such as myself tends to have problems with. And it proved true. Extremely comfortable but takes a little longer than normal to break in. Only thing I'm really really not happy about is at about 2 weeks old I've already got a seam de-threading.

The shoes are wonderful. My boyfriend loves the shoes so much he wears it everywhere. It was wide enough for his wide feet. He wears it for work and out on the town. You can wear them with almost anything.
