Was shopping for running shoes for my swimming daughter for dry-land - they run often, and she needs good shoes for this. At first she said she couldn't tell if she loved or hated them, because of the extreme arch (she has a low arch), she tried them on for a 3rd time and announced, "Ya know Mom, not only do I love them, you'd love them too." I tried on a pair and was sold immediately. I have an ultra high arch, and wide feet. She has a low arch and long feet. They are good for anyone! I wear them all the time - for exercise, walking, anything!

These shoes are great. The top material is so soft it feels like you're wearing slippers. They are very lightweight and flexible. When I first wore these I had to get used to the lack of a heel drop. It feels a little like there's a roller under your arch, not a bad feel but different, and you get accustomed to the feel very quickly. I also own a pair of Skechers Go Run Ride and they have a more cushioned feel to the sole but I love both styles.

Shoe feels like you are wearing a slipper. So comfortable. I mainly bought because of the color. However, did not look the same as on the web site. Wanted true orange and this is more like a peach. Love the way they feel so I kept them.
Wears this shoe: when I wear my Syracuse Orange gear.

I was captivated by how light the shoes felt. I wanted them for a work sneaker, not running. However, the dropped heels had my Achilles tendons screaming for days afterwards. So far, I've only worn them once. Next time, I will break in my tendons by only wearing an hour, then two, etc. How do runners stand these shoes?

I came to buy this Skechers GoRun because of an upcoming theme park family outing and I needed a shoe that will keep me comfortable all day without the foot pain that goes with walking long hours. I liked that this somehow lived up to its promise of comfort because I lasted all day still pain-free. However, I felt this is also too flat for me as I am used to having a little heel on my past shoes. It just takes getting used to. I am happy overall. I just would advise that you purchase a half size smaller as the wide variety tend to go a little bigger than it should. But, if you wear socks with it, then your actual shoe size will be fine.
