My son has a tough time tying laces, so these velcro straps are "cooler" than regular velcro that go across the foot. Easy to put on and off, and great durability. Also great for my son's weak ankles, since this sneaker has a solid back heel. I'd buy this for him again in the next size up!

My son loves his new shoes. He is four and the S on the outside helps him figure out which shoe goes on the right foot. They are cuter than most velcro shoes.
