I have had this pair for about a year and find them truly comfortable. This review is more about customer service than the shoe. I ordered a second pair for a gift and they were defective. I returned them several months later and was given very quick efficient service with paid return postage and a new pair sent to me within two weeks. Great customer service!!

I love Skechers shoes, but they are always at least 1/2 size to small. Sandals or open-toe shoes run a whole size smaller. This information is good to know when buying on line to save money and time for everyone. Shoebuy has always been very helpful in exchanges for me, because of this problem in sizing with Skecher shoes. I am glad I am a member of their site, they work so hard to make sure I am satisfied. I am having the tounge of the shoe replaced with suede; the vinal patrolles came with in the tounge is to shiny for me and does not match the shoes style. This I could not see in the discripition.
Wears this shoe: I haven't yet much.
