Love these vans! I have thin feet and have a hard time finding sneakers that aren't too floppy. My previous pair of vans lasted over 7 yrs b4 wearing a hole thru the toe of the shoes. Tread itself is still almost perfect on the old ones.

I skateboard a lot; shoes that are form fitting and comfortable are pretty important. These wrap around your feet while cushioning them so that constant footwork doesn't wear you down. They have great arch and heel support, and are appealing; lots of people notice them right away and compliment my shoes. They're great for running or skateboarding, anything athletic really, especially where you're on your feet constantly. Unfortunately they're pretty nice too, so I try not to wear them every time I ride, just when I feel like having a clean run, or if I'm heading to a party.

I'm not a skater, I just have really flat feet and skate shoes are a great fit for me. DC shoes are always quality and durable. I purchased these for work and now my feet don't hurt any more. These shoes are comfortable and look awesome. Worth every penny, even if they charged double.
