I've recently been learning to run for the first time and training to run a 5K. I read a lot about styles of running and decided I wanted to mid-foot strike and this shoe teaching you how to mid-foot strike. It definitely does the job! It's super comfortable and its the lightest shoe I've ever owned. I love it!

I have to say that my family has been wearing Keen sandals for the past years. They are comfortable and nice looking. They need a couple of wears to break them in, specially for the kids since I have to buy new ones every year for them.
