I ordered my usual size, 8.5 and these are too big overall. I am going to exchange for an 8 and hope that that is the right size. The color grey is more of a brownish-grey, not a true grey at all. The foot bed seems comfy but the boot is too big. If you are between sizes, probably best to order the lower size. The styling of this boot is more on the casual side but I anticipate wearing these to work with pants as well as with jeans. Wears this shoe: plan on wearing to work and on weekends/casual
