Just received this shoe and am very disappointed because it is a full size smaller than the listed size. Additionally, I wear a size 12 women's shoe and this boot which is soo cute! does not come in a size 13.

I have been searching for grey or charcoal ankle boot forever. Wish the color was a little darker. This boot fits like a glove..for the price, it should. Finally found a good quality shoe that contours to the foot. Rich looking. haven't worn it yet but I'm sure one's eye will be drawn to my feet. Dislike: Should be offered in other colors. RED would be Hot!!!

I'm a true 7.5 and bought a 7 since it was recommended, but they still felt a full size too big. Will be exchanging for a 6 and see how that fits.
