I can't wear heels; Carly has a bit of a platform and some support in the sole, which makes it wearable (more or less). It is also wide, which I need. I still had to doctor it up with ball-of-foot cushion and a heel strip to keep it from sliding off, but it works better that most shoes I tried in the last few years.
