I needed to replace my black dress shoes and had been looking for quite some time. I found these shoes online at a great price and with Shoe Buy's great return policy I couldn't pass them up. I rarely wear high heels so I wanted a heel that wasn't too high but still looked dressy, something practical. These shoes look great and for a dress shoe they are reasonably comfortable, meaning I can walk in them for short distances without my feet hurting. They do seem to run a little bit narrow but not so much that I wanted to return them. If you want a dressy shoe that's comfortable these are worth a try.

I normally wears a size 7.5 or 8 depending on the type of shoes. I ordered an 8 on this and it is very tight.

This shoe runs small and narrow. I have been a 10W for 15 years and I had to send these 10W back to get a 9.5W. They also don't feel as wide as most wide shoes do. They are not comfortable for my feet, but I kept them because I could not find a basic black pump at any of my local stores.

I read the reviews carefully because I wanted something a little dressier and don't have to wear heels at work. Sometimes a new shoe just isn't comfortable the first time out, especially when it's different than what you're used to wearing. These were. I wore them all day, walked around in them without torturing my feet, and didn't feel the need to kick them off under the table. My feet even looked narrower in them, if I do say so myself.
