Birkenstock Florida Nubuck with High Arch

I have high arches and thus pain in my feet until I discovered Birkenstock high-arches shoes. I live in Florida so wanted sandals----I make sure I have 3 pair of new shoes in reserve in case Birkenstock stops making high-arched ones. I wish they had more styles than they do. I Love them.

Birkenstock Florida Nubuck with Soft Footbed

I ordered the Florida in black nubuck in size 38 R. I always wear a 38 in the Papillio and the birki shoes but the "Birkenstock" ran a little shorter and narrower. I exchanged them for a 39 R in the cocoa brown and they fit fine. Also the straps on the Black pair seemed really rough on the edges. The brown straps seem a little softer and I expect they will soften even more over time. This is my first pair with real leather straps, and the soft footbed but I know I will be ordering others in the future.
