Funky but flawed

I bought the purple version of these boots and they are really funky. However, the fixing of the buttons on them leaves a lot to be desired, they started coming loose before I even left the house. I've resewn them all on because I don't want to risk losing any of them but you shouldn't need to do this to a brand new pair of boots.

I bought these because of the brand and I loved the way they looked. I ordered my exact size a 9w and they fit perfect lengthwise, but were ever so slightly snug width wise, I figured I would stretch them out eventually. I also have plantar fasciatis which some of my footwear will agravate, but these boots don't. They are a bit stiff at first but I am getting them broken in nicely.
Wears this shoe: 4+ days a week, to the mall, just hanging out, etc.

I bought these because they were the only purple ones I could find. Despite having a thicker sole and the potential therefore to be softer on the foot than my Funtasma Lust boots, I find that without an inner sole I can't wear them for long periods if I'm going to be on my feet.Love that they are still tight on thinner calves. They look great with both short skirts/dresses and over skinny leg jeans. The material is stretchy but I supsct people with thicker calves may find them uncomfortable.

Almost all my shoes are black, and I really needed a pair of cute brown shoes. The brown shoes look a little redder than I expected but they still look cute and feel comfortable. I had to break them in a little first, otherwise they crushed my toes.

A true work boot should last at least one year. These did not even last 5 months before the leather started separating from the soles and the soles started splitting in several places. If you are looking for style, these are nice but they are NOT true work boots.
