Comfortable but runs narrow

I bought these shoes in gold for my mom to go with one of her traditional costumes for my wedding. But after taking them out of the country for a month, I realized that it may have been a better idea to have purchased them under circumstances where I could have made my mom try them out too. I missed the timeline for a return by the time I came back to USA and so my mom had to keep them despite them being a bit too narrow for her (she does fit into most regular width shoes). Since the shoes are made of soft leather, she says they don't hurt her feet and expects them to stretch out a bit more with use.

I loved the shoes the minute I pulled them from the box, but once I had them on, and wore them for a couple of hours, I knew they would not "give". Fortunately for me (or unfortunately for me) my 40 year old daughter loved them more, and fit her perfectly, and is now the proud owner of "my" shoes. Maybe I'll just have to order another pair 1/2 size larger! Great look, great value.
