Got the shoe for step aerobics. I do 80 minutes a day with lunges off of the box in one of the workouts. The shoe works well, but I had to loosen up the laces at the front of the shoe where the leather v's are. Until I did that, I thought I was going to have to return them they hurt so much halfway through my workout. Now I have no problems. The footbed of the shoe is the right width but I have a high instep and those leather v's were pushing the top of my foot together too much.

I have another pair of the same shoe that I have been wearing almost every day... my most comfortable shoe, and that says a lot, because most other shoes I have to change in a matter of a few hours..... I walked all over NYC a few weeks ago, and my feet never bothered me once... Very comfortable..... !!
