I admit I bought this on impulse, without fully checking out the details first. Turns out the handle is attached at an angle, assuming you will always wear it cross-body. That means it doesn't really want to be used as a shoulder bag, tho you can shorten the strap that much. It is not horrible, but a bit awkward. I don't really care for the top flap either, it kind of gets in the way. The main compartment zipper is not attached at both ends, so there is a small opening at either end. The bag itself is so darn cute though, and big enough for everyday essentials without being large and bulky.
